Please read all instructions carefully before proceeding with the online registration. The admission process is designed to be transparent and systematic for all applicants.
Admission Policy
Admission is welcomed mainly to the Nursery class. When there are too many applicants, the school management may adopt a system of drawing lots to maintain maximum impartiality.
The school is an unaided minority educational institution totally exempt from the RTE Act, 2009, and is under the constitutional purview of minority rights.
There shall be written test followed by an interview for admission to any class except for Nursery Class.
Selection will be strictly on merit, subject to the availability of seats in each class.
Entrance Test
No specific syllabus for the Entrance test. The criterion is to have the necessary knowledge to continue studies as per the ICSE/CBSE/PSEB curriculum.
The test will be conducted according to the standard of the school, based on subjects taught in previous classes.
The decision of the school authorities regarding registration and admission will be final.
Step-by-Step Admission Process
Online Registration
Registration for Nursery must be submitted online through the school website: www.shcspatti.com. Online submission will be active on 2nd December, 2024 from 6:30 am to 12:00 noon only.
Required Information
You must have a valid Mobile Number and valid E-Mail ID at the time of registering online. Each applicant will be issued only one form.
Age Eligibility
The child must be born between 01/09/2021 and 31/03/2022 (inclusive of both dates). The same age criteria applies for LKG to 5th Std admissions.
Fill Particulars Correctly
Fill in child's name, parent's name, and date of birth correctly. DOB must match the certificate issued from Municipal Corporation or Registrar of Deaths & Births/Local Bodies. No changes will be made after admission.
Submit Hard Copy
Submit the downloaded PDF of the online form in school along with self-attested documents on 2nd December, 2024 or 3rd December, 2024. You will receive the prospectus and interview date from the School Office.
Required Documents
Four passport size photographs of child, Attested photocopy of birth certificate (in English), Photocopy of Aadhar Card of Child, Father and Mother, Passport size photographs of both parents.
Detailed Admission Requirements
If false birth certificate is produced, the candidate will be barred from studying in this institution.
Date of birth as shown in the birth certificate once registered cannot be altered on any account.

- If selected candidates do not complete admission formalities, they will not be considered later.
