I welcome you all to the website of Sacred Heart Convent Sr. Sec. School, Thakkarpura Patti, one of the top-tier ICSE schools. It is indeed a great privilege to serve as the Director of this institution.

Our school was founded in 1997 as a Catholic School, owned, established, and administrated by the Diocese of Jallandhar, a registered religious and charitable society. Under the patronage and guidance of Rt. Rev. Dr. Symphorian Keeparth, the then Bishop of Jallandhar, and through the sustained effort and hard work of its first director, Rev. Fr. Mathew, the school has grown from strength to strength. We are proud to continue this legacy under the guidance of the present Bishop, Rt. Rev. Dr. Franco Mulakkal. Over the years, we have had the privilege of teaching many students who have later become distinguished educationists, Army and Civil Officers, Doctors, Engineers, Chartered Accountants, and successful businessmen.

Today, our mission remains focused on the holistic development of every child. We ensure that we build positive and affirming relations with each student. They get our full support and attention, irrespective of their strengths and performance. We instill a tremendous amount of discipline in them to prepare them for the competitive environment that they will face, both in India and abroad. We believe that children must approach extracurricular activities with a sense of joy, and not as an odd job. We have ensured that we always have a vast set of activities, with qualified teachers, that will enrich everyone. Our classroom arrangements are structured to maximize learning, and our library, sports facilities, and supporting infrastructure are always being upgraded to the best standards.

Here at Sacred Heart Convent, students are given the opportunities to grow in every dimension of their lives.
